• Business content: prices, documents, questions and answers, and AI settings.
• Conversations: messages and replies in connected channels and public customer identifiers.
• Payment data: technical transaction information; card details are not stored on Operator servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and security logs.

2. Purposes

• Providing the service and managing conversations.
• Quality improvement and technical support.
• Payments, accounting, and security.
• Fraud prevention and legal compliance.

3. Service providers

• Necessary data is shared with OpenAI, Telegram, Meta, Payme, Cloudflare, and similar providers only to deliver the service.
• The Operator does not sell data or share it for a third party’s independent marketing.

4. Storage and protection

• Sign-in data and channel tokens are encrypted.
• Each business is isolated and cannot access another business’s data.
• Data is retained only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.

5. User rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
• You may delete your account and related data subject to mandatory retention rules.

6. Legal compliance

• The Operator complies with the personal data laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
