Public offer

This document is the official public offer of FERATECH LLC (the Provider) for use of the Salom AI Business platform. Registration and use of the platform constitute full acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform means the Salom AI Business web service, its software, and APIs.
• Customer means a registered legal entity, sole trader, or another authorised user.
• Service means AI-assisted customer replies, conversation management, and handover to a person.
• Subscription means the right to use the service for a recurring fee under a selected plan.

2. Subject of the offer

• The Provider supplies an AI-based customer communication service. The Customer connects channels and supplies approved business data; the platform answers from that data and hands a conversation to staff when required.

3. Registration and account

• The Customer must provide accurate and complete information.
• The Customer is responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
• The Provider may restrict or block an account when rules are breached.

4. Price and payment

• Current platform plans determine the price.
• Before connecting Telegram, a registered user may test up to five private AI replies; this is not a free subscription.
• Automatic replies to real customers require an active paid subscription.
• Payments are made in Uzbek soum through Payme or another provider displayed on the platform.
• A subscription is monthly and may renew automatically under the selected terms; renewal can be cancelled.
• Fees for a used period are non-refundable; unused-period requests are reviewed under the laws of Uzbekistan.

5. Responsibilities

• The Provider aims to maintain service availability, data protection, and technical support.
• The Customer must use the service lawfully, avoid spam and unlawful content, respect third-party rights, and remain responsible to its customers.

6. Liability and limitations

• AI replies rely on Customer-supplied data. The Customer is responsible for final content and agreements made with customers.
• The Provider is not liable for outages of Telegram, Meta, payment systems, or other third parties.
• The service is provided “as is”; the Provider’s liability does not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the previous month.

7. Privacy

• Processing of personal and business data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this offer.

8. Disputes

• Disputes are first addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter is heard by a competent court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Final provisions

• The Provider may update this offer. A new version takes effect when published on the platform; continued use constitutes acceptance.
